Returns Policy

In the rare event that goods are faulty, please phone or email us immediately.

We will ask you to return the goods by recorded delivery within 7 days, for either a replacement or full refund.

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt.

If you wish to return your goods, you will need to send written notice and return the products purchased to the address below.

However, we cannot accept the return if:

- the products have been personalised or customised in any way

- the packaging has been unsealed or damaged

- the product is earrings - for hygiene reasons

Please package the items securely and return using insured registered delivery.

Keep the receipt in case of any damages in transit, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

When we have received the item in its original state, will we refund the purchase price.

If the product is not in a re-salable condition we will not be able to offer you a refund.

Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery costs of returning unwanted goods and if the items returned are not in a resalable condition then regrettably we will have to resend the goods to you at your expense.

Our postage and packing charges are non-refundable.
